TEP Engineering provides complete or limited scope HVAC and plumbing design for residential projects. We have extensive experience with custom homes from 3,000 sf to over 20,000 sf. We have designed mechanical systems for homes that include home theaters, bowling alleys, indoor pools, wine rooms and wine caves. We have used conventional systems (split system, packaged and VRF) as well as geo-exchange, all-electric systems, passive systems and Net Zero Energy. Some homes include HEPA filtration, UV lamps for biocide, augmented ventilation and personal refuge (safe rooms).
