Tim Souza, P.E.

Tim has over 25 years of mechanical contracting and mechanical consulting experience. Tim worked for mechanical contractor H & C Metal Products (formally Cal Air, now Johnson Controls) for over 12 years as a project manager and “design-build” engineer before joining The Engineering Partnership in 1999. Tim has extensive knowledge of air distribution, control systems, piping, building codes, energy conservation, and engineering economics.

Brad Manning, P.E., LEED AP
Summary of Experience
Brad joined TEP Engineering in 2005 and brought with him his 11-years of diverse experience in the design/build contracting market. Before joining TEP Engineering, he spent over six years working in the Cal Air’s (now Johnson Controls) Santa Rosa office. During his employment there, he was Chief Engineer of the branch, and was active in project management, estimating and sales. Brad has designed many projects including office buildings, cleanrooms, theaters, restaurants, schools, wineries, industrial facilities, research laboratories, retail buildings and multi-building campuses.

Jeff brings to TEP Engineering over 18 years of Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning (HVAC) experience. Prior to joining TEP Engineering, he spent four years as a Commercial Design/Build Project Manager for Simpson Sheet Metal. His previous positions have included being a Field Technical Consultant for Lennox Industries and spent 10 years with the family business, a 50-year-old custom residential HVAC contracting company. Jeff has extensive knowledge in air distribution, building codes, energy analysis and project budgeting.
