TEP Engineering has designed the mechanical systems for a number of Hilton Hotels throughout California. Our mechanical designs have featured state of the art HVAC systems such as indirect-direct evaporative cooling to eliminate the need for mechanical refrigeration on most summer days; variable volume refrigerant systems for high efficiency and low noise bedroom air conditioning systems, condensing boilers for high efficiency water heating, and ultra low flow water fixtures for water conservation. Some hotel amenities include full commercial kitchens, banquet & convention facilities, indoor pools and spas, and underground parking.
